Personally, I like the idea. Im a bit baffled that it is illegal for women to be topless. IT seems women have more reason to be topless then men...
I think I may join these daring women and bare all in Central Park...
God Knows it will be humid enough.

My family is Brazilian and over there all the women go topless at the beach, no matter what your ta-tas look like or how old you are. It's not viewed as vulgar, but rather 'the body is beautiful'.

Breasts are a beautiful part of the female form.
